Virgin Active poor service at Greenstone

Virgin Active Greenstone - Since last year November we have been complaining with regards to the broken aircon and we nearly in April excuses was December shutdown but still, they have lost so many Personal trainers and members to the planet fitness across the street due to poor management service, we pay premium membership and we also thinking of moving ver the days of Virgin Active being the main player is not anymore poor service will lead to cancelations BYE VA
