Virgin active poor customer care

I have tried to update my vitality number to a balance number with Virgin active 3 times now and have had no reply. Now I’m going to be charged the full subscription instead of the discounted amount that they promote! I have spent all my airtime waiting for help with the call centre and nothing has been resolved! It makes me want to cancel my subscription entirely!
