Virgin Active - poor accounts service

I have been SO FRUSTRATED by the really appalling, pathetic level of service at Virgin Active Call Centre and from staff at VA Steenberg. These issues arose from trying to change a debit order date - what a mission that was! And what **** I have had to deal with for the past six weeks is unbelievable! Personal visits have not yielded any more success than the useless call centre staff who do NOT READ e-mails they respond to... or record credits when they have been provided with POP's. This has got to end in cancellation of my contract. I cannot continue this madness!!
