Virgin active pool temperature at Mall @ Reds

The Virgin active at Mall at Reds has been struggling now for 3 weeks with the temperature of their pool water. If you need to do maintenance on your pool and you KNOW it might influence the water temperature then do it in the summer, not in the middle of winter. We make use of the swim school there. I have to pay virgin active a monthly fee for my child to get into the gym, i have to be a member of the gym and i pay theswim school. I want some of my money back as the reason i go to thatgym is for the pool.

When i try to phone the gym their lines go dead. I cant even phone or contact them to find out if the pool is working.

For such a big institition i thinkthe service is terrible
