Virgin Active Polokwane Service is disgusting

I don't know if you check the reviews at Virgin active polokwane...I realized that everyone is complaining about the same thing. The front desk personnel is moody and if you ask for any assistance, it's like you are disturbing them. Very rude. The treatment there is honestly disgusting. The manager was at least nice when I complained to him.
