Virgin Active Point disgusting unhygienic restrooms

On numerous occasions I have complained about the state that the Virgin Active Greenpoint toilets have been in. Often times you walk in and there is **** all over the toilet seats and floor and **** smeered. Today I walked in and there was a giant poo and **** in all the toilets. Water all over the Mats and floor so serves as a hazard as well as hygiene risks. Now i understand that people can be dirty but it’s up to the staff to maintain a clean and acceptable gym at all time. I am paying for the service and I am highly disappointed at the level of disgust and the state in which the toilets are left. Our levels of safety with wet floors and mats and the hygiene risks are major!!
