Virgin Active Please pull yourselves together man!

I have been with virgin active so quite some time now. And in the history of me being a member i have not defaulted on my payments. So when i got that i am in arrears Because my card wasn’t allowing to go in brought my bank statements to one of the crew members and they said they would forward it to head office and get it resolved. It’s been a month. In fact it’s been this way for the past couple of months now. Do you know how embarrassing it feels when I’m standing at the turnstar and i have to explain to the employees in front of others members that i do infact pay my fees.

Please i would love a resolution because I cannot keep having to go through this when I come to gym. It’s time consuming and annoying.
