Virgin Active pertinent non disclosure of a material fact

The gym was closing down for massive renovations 2 months after my signing of my contract! It was not disclosed and ********* of Virgin Active to deliberately and intentionally not to disclose this material fact. The spinning classes was the main reason I was joining and the classes were discontinued. Now they are sending reminders to pay (and phone calls) and I presume they will hand me over to a debt collector shortly although I’ve sent an official letter. Awful appalling and *********!
