Virgin active Pavillion

Terrible accounts and Pavillion branch admin. Sales offered me two months free and still debited my account. Technically they stole as I didn't give permission to debit on those months. I asked for refund and two months gone nothing. Spoke to call center, their sales team and Admin staff. They have a very bad after service. On Principal I am going to take legal action. People be careful with this branch. Rather go to more reputable gyms
