Virgin Active Pavilion Stands are dropping

I have been a member of Virgin Active the Pavilion branch for just over a year now. I initially joined this branch because it was convenient , very neat ,clean and not as busy and rowdy as other branches. In the last few months I really regretted signing on that dotted line . Everything seems to be going down hill . The Pool looks more like a public pool in the afternoons with kids jumping in and out and swimming in and out of your lanes . There's no one supervising the pool area making sure that all is in order . Training equipment are always untidy and wet (sweat ? water? ...who really knows ) . The stretch areas is always in a mess , yoga mats are scattered about and equipment out of place . For me the biggest put off is the female change rooms .The toilets ARE ALWAYS FILTHY . The floors are wet and dirty .The noise in the change room is TERRIBLE , and recently there has been kids running around in there . I go to gym for a good workout and to de-stress ,yet I walk out of gym irritated and stressed and I don't feel like returning . Not what I signed up for .
