Virgin Active Pathetic service.

Hello There, please can you advise me, i am one of those disgruntled customer who was part of virigin active family for few years and recently in the December i have requested for cancellation of my service fee and indicated that i am cancelling my vitality membership for my family and me, they have advised me for a months notice. i have accepted it and in the month of jan 2021 Virgin Active have charged me 1700 rands of debit order on my account. After Speaking to their call center they have refunded only my Gym fees and not my wife fees. So i have to call them again to understand and my wife talked them to cancel her fees as well.

They promised me to refund my wife gym fee and they did not and on top of that this month (Feb 2021) my account has been debited with 900 rands.

i am really not happy with this pathetic service that i have received from Vrigin active. To get hold of their customer service is a mission!!!!!!

i would definitely advise my friends and colleagues to rethink about considering virgin active.
