virgin active Parklands red

Yesterday I went to look at Parklands Virgin Active Ref, no one was there to assist me, no visible fitness instructors, no sale consultants and most of all no manager what so ever - I walked in and have myself a tour of the gym. I highly recommend that no one goes to gym there for to such service!! what happened to brand standards and customer service? Really not impressed at all!!!!
