Virgin active owes me money !

My daughter turned 18y old Sep 2022 They immediately stopped her discount and charged me full price no warning. then when I enquired with Discovery, they said from their side everything is fine but 75% would drop to 50% which although not agreeable I accepted. Virgin active made me complete information again twice in the building which I reluctantly did and both times I was told it would be sorted now nope Feb when I called again, they said I need to pay and Extra R600 in the gym. which reluctantly I did (idiot that I am to believe again) but no still paying full price I have spoken to easily 9 or 10 staff members all with huge promise and doing nothing it is over R6000 later and still I am not successful I want my money back I never signed up to pay full price I signed up on the discovery 50%. today when I have had it my final straw, I ask them to cancel, and my entire family will cancel (we have been member since before my daughter was born and paid without fault till this day) I am told my daughter needs to cancel her own contract An Account that I pay that I signed she is still at school and a dependent of mine ? vitality has let me down I am really unimpressed with this I really thought that the last guy's promise was real but seems they are full of empty promises Virgin active Montana Pretoria !!!
