Virgin Active: Outrageous Debt Collection Tactics!

I am absolutely furious with my experience at Virgin Active! I can’t believe that they handed my information over to debt collection agencies without even bothering to contact me first. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s downright disgraceful!

Let me set the record straight: I do NOT have a valid contract with Virgin Active. The only contract I had was for one year, which I canceled on time. Instead of reaching out to me for clarification, they took the low road and sent my information to debt collectors. This reckless behavior has caused me so much unnecessary stress and humiliation!

It’s infuriating to see a company with such a reputation handle customer matters in this way. If you’re considering a membership at Virgin Active, think long and hard. You could find yourself in the same nightmare I’m in.

Wake up, Virgin Active! This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I demand accountability! I will never recommend this gym to anyone again.
