Virgin Active (or not so active where they should be)

I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. This is actually pathetic! I cancelled my contract telephonically on 30 November 2017 at 12H00. Virgin Active been deducting a premium every month! I sent them an e-mail on the 14th of March and to date no-one has bothered contacting me! They are a bunch of *******
