Virgin Active - Only Cares About Money, Not Clients

Absolutely terrible service. I submitted a cancellation request on 16 August and Virgin Active ignored it for almost five months while continuing to debit my account without permission. All I received in this time were calls about payments instead of fixing the issue. Only after I reached out again today was my membership finally cancelled. This kind of negligence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I will never return to Virgin Active, and I strongly advise others to be cautious. 0 stars
