Virgin Active only cares about making money , they dont care about the members

Yesterday at Virgin Active Wonderpark inPretoria North we were told that our 1h30 mins spinining class will be now 45min because the club does not have money to pay the instructor. Let me unpack this for you: 1. this class was initially 2 hours, went to 1h30mins now 45mins, so what is next you going to cancel it? 2. this class happens on Tuesdays and its always full and we always fight for booking 3. we pay subscription fees which go up every year and you as a club dont have money to service us...so what do we pay for, for your leverish lifesytles

Let me tell you what you will do: you will restore this clus with immediate effect and you will not make it 1h30mins you will make it the initial time it was before which was 2 hours.
