Trying to Debit me after called in to cancel my gym contract, Being told that my contract was cancelled in april.

there reasoning was no record of call placed to cancel, and now calling in they telling me that they don't cancel over the phone.

Fortunetly moved funds to alt acc, if not my money would be history. But now my banking/profile messed-up and debit order unpaid for a large amount doesn't look good.
