Virgin Active "OFFERING" freezing of account!

I was offered the opportunity to freeze my account till end of October 2020, namely 31 October 2020.

I took the offer as soon as it was offered, screenshots as evidence, whereafter I am now again pestered that my account is in arrears.

The biggest joke also now is that when you log back into your account, the same free option is still there and you cannot see anything else on your account, yet I am harassed!!!???
