Virgin Active not to be trusted

In November 2022 I temporarily moved abroad and arranged with Virgin Active to freeze my membership. We agreed on a reduced rate for 3 months with an additional 3 months thereafter should need be. For the first 3 months I struggled repeatedly to hold Virgin Active to our agreement as they indiscriminately deducted the full amount twice. Fortunately I had it in writing but now for the additional 3 months they refuse to reply to my demand to further extend. I’ve sent numerous request for confirmation with no reply. This company is not to be trusted.
