Virgin Active -not recommended

I've been a Virgin Active member for over a year now, and it's been one disappointment after another. Every single time I go, either the showers are cold, the equipment is broken, or the entire gym's aircons system is offline.It's ridiculous to pay this kind of premium for a gym that can't even provide basic amenities. Honestly, it's a complete **** in ny opinion.
