Virgin Active not prepared to help.

My son got divorced and has no communication with his ex-wife. He asked for the contracts that comes of his account to be cancelled in January. They cancelled his but not his ex- wife. I called them and asked to cancel the debit order, They are not prepared even though she has not been to the gym since May 2018. I spoke to Taryn and then to Wendy the manger and asked her to call the ex-wife but they are not prepared to help. I supposed this just shows Virgin Active's attitude to milk everyone they can.
