Virgin Active Not Keeping to Their Word

<p>I joined Virgin Active Nov 2015. The consultant informed me that if I join at that particular season I would qualify for a promotion to get 50% cashback of my joining fee if I attend gym so many times within a specific period of time. When the time was due to claim my cashback I was told by Virgin Active that the promotion had ended when I joined the club and my claim was ignored by the club since. I called the call centre and was directed to the gym's manager to help resolve the issue but it amounted to nothing and eventually recieved no feedback. This is very disappointing as Virgin Active did not honor their word but simply cares about increasing their membership.</p>
