Virgin Active not keeping their promise

<p>I've been at Virgin Active for a few months now, but in January I switched over to Vitality. I was told that the month was a promotion and if you join Virgin Active through Vitality, you get your first month off. I paid the R1800+ joining fee and the sales rep at the gym told me that the R700 I had just paid will be reversed and will be deposited back into my bank account within seven days. The promotion also stipulated that I will get R500 deposited back into my bank account, so all in all, I am waiting for R1200. I have been to the gym multiple times to ask when they're going to put the R700 back as I am a student and need every cent. The sales rep will tell me to wait downstairs and then comes back to tell me someone will call me, nobody ever does. I am very upset about this as a promise was made and it is up to me to keep following up. P</p>
