Virgin active not caring for members

Virgin active has a bunch of *********** people who are inconsiderate of its members. Virgin active Sunninghill has a shape class at 16h00 and had Grid at 17h00. They decided to change this to 16h00 shape and 17h00 shape without even consulting their members. Apparently grid doesn't as much support as shape- well if you go to the gym you would know that grid is very high intensity compared to shape, of course you wouldn't have the attendance. What about those who want Grid? Do we not matter, yet we pay, monthly like everyone else?

When you escalate matters, nobody cares, not even head office, i know this because they promised to call me back to discuss, it's two weeks and I'm still waiting.
