Virgin Active not acknowledging my proof of payment

Virgin Active wants me to pay premiums even after they have quoted me a cancellation fee which I have already paid and have sent them proof of payment. A lady by the name of Vuyiseka Masi, said she will send me call recordings to my nearest Virgin Active which is in Boksburg Sunward Park on the 11th March 2021, till this day i have not received any feedback.
