VIRGIN ACTIVE NORTHRIDGE MALL

Very dissappointed with the service provided by Virgin Active Northridge Mall. The gym is too small for the amount of members in peak hours, equipment not enough, every day something is broken, students socializing on equipment, members using products in the sauna and not wearing any clothing while using it. There is always a captain on duty, but the rules are still not attended to and this is affecting regular gym members negatively.
