VIRGIN ACTIVE NORTHGATE PHONES LOCKER THEFT

I was recently ****** of two phones ( my personal and my work phone ) at the Virgin active Northgate branch. I was there on Saturday for my swimming, i put my two phones inside my clocker , locked my locker and took my keys with me to the pool. After my swimming class, I go back to the changing rooms/locker rooms and open my locker as the lock was not broken as if nothing happened, only to find my two phones were missing. I reported this to the front office desk reception who took down details of the incidents but I doubt anything is being done by the Virgin active northgate team to investigate this theft inside lockers where we are supposed to safely lock our belongings. This is the second phone theft incident that took place at the virgin active northgate, The first incident of the exact same nature happened to a gentlemen in the Male changing rooms , where his phone was also ****** inside his locker as I was told. Virgin activate notrthgate really needs to seriously have a look at this as it is someone who can clearly open our locks even without the actual keys!!. I no longer feel safe to gym here or leave my belongings in the locker as there are no solid answers of who is doing this or how they getting access to the gym and locker rooms!
