Virgin Active non membership issues

OMW! I read all the complaints and I realise I'm not alone. Just add Cresta branch to the complaints. I have had membership issues since May. I have asked to cancel my contract which has not been activated. I'll rather join another private gym. Nobody cares. No one wants to help. No one wants to accept responsibility.
