Virgin Active No words Left

Virgin Active, is a good club... But man.. Do I have issues regarding accounts.. Firstly.. I called in to setup new banking details... It's gone about 6 months.. And not a debit order.. I keep getting called and being sent a payment link.. No issue with that but I think it's not convenient as I was told there were some issues..

Secondly.. I had to cancel my daughters account evertime I am given a figure.. A single account is credited and the other goes in arrears.. Not good... Then when I call and explain... It's always someone will transfers the funds but it never happens...

After which I am told the account will be up to date once transfered but it never happens..

Thirdly when I joined the club.. And I went to the gym I was promised a bag... But there was no stock.. It's gone a year and I still don't have it... I spoke to the people at the club.. I was told by cause it's processed online.. They will send an email to head office.. Gone a month... And still nothing..
