Virgin Active Nightmare

Zero stars if I could. 1. You can't even access your account info (balances) anymore. 2. The Virgin Active Red in Boksburg has no dumbbell variety, it's like they just have machines and you have to bring whatever else you need but; 2. You're not allowed even the tiniest bag to carry with. A tiny bag that causes no inconvenience to ANYONE. But if you get creative with your towels to carry your things that's fine but GOD FORBID you have a bag. There are more than enough staff ambling about to do a bag search if Virgin Active is so paranoid but expecting members to carry all of their belongings like they have eight hands or to go back-and-forth is just inconvenient for everyone. 3. The music from the classes are at an unhealthy level of loud. It thunders over the gym's music and your own creating a migraine inducing nightmare of sound. 4. The cleaners scream at each other all day everyday. 5. Most of the staff are very nice but some can be too nice. I wish there were signs you could carry around to show tgat you don't wish to be bothered.
