Virgin active New market

Virgin active New markets service is pathetic. As a working student my gym times are supposed to be from 8am to 4pm (they limit your gym time) which means after 4pm you can not clock in. Literally 4:01 pm I arrive to clock in and they will not even have any compassion to help their customers in that may have run into a traffic jam or needed to work 5 min later. Worst customer satisfaction experience ever.
