Virgin Active new 'dynamic rewards' simple rewards less

Virgin Active, your new 'dynamic' rewards' are really just an attempt to award way fewer awards to people - I simply cannot go to the gym 4 times a week, and are now penalised for this. For years I committed to twice and was awarded, and now you simply made it impossible. Please do not advertise these 'dynamic' rewards as being such a positive change when it is very transparent why you changed it. For many many working people, it is simply impossible to go to the gym 4 or 5 times a week! You are also not counting the online workouts for rewards - I really, really do not like this update at all. It is such a downgrade.
