Virgin Active Nelspruit such a terrible service 🤮🤞🏾

What a terrible service from a lady called Thando from Virgin Active Nelspruit 🤮🤮. I spoke to her on the 31st of July then 1st of August and I was the one that had to constantly do follow up with her. She is so *********** because this day she hasn’t responded to my message sent on the 1st of August. I have relocated to Nelspruit working this side and wanted to reactivate my gym membership. Can someone from Virgin Active Nelspruit assist me please or unless my services are no longer required 🤷🏽♂️.
