Virgin Active Needs Help Please Donate?

Even though I am still very scared of public places and my safety I decided to go back to Virgin Active because they called me and assured me it to be safe. I was telephonically told to pay R631.07 to rejoin even though since lockdown I never went to gym. I transferred the money because I gave up trying to understand why even though COVID forced them to close and me not to be able to train, I just gave up because I love going to gym. When I went to the Sunninghill Chilli Lane branch I was told my R631.07 was put onto a membership I had in 2012 which no money was ever paid to for 9 years but now all of a sudden this 2012 membership exists and must be settled. Then I was told my existing membership, that is the only one I was ever aware of, is R1400 odd in arrears and I may not train unless its settled. I have been with Virgin Active since they changed their name from Physique & Racquet and this is how I get treated and this after COVID destroyed out lives as we all once knew it. I am sorry Virgin Active for causing the spread of COVID, I am sorry Virgin Active for being unemployed because I caused the spread of COVID. Please keep my R631.07 that I saved up to pay you as your call centre requested and confirmed via text tp pay in order to train again. I will carry on doing odd delivery jobs here and there and make sure I can give you your R1400 in order for me to finally get some sort of a normal life back again, after the COVID I caused. Please be patient I am trying my best to pay another Billion Rand Corporation with money I dont have and fully deserve after all my years of loyality, I understand the millions and millions you already have isnt enough for you. I will keep on training at home it was wonderful going to your gyms for so many years but I will just have to accept things have changed.
