Virgin Active N1 City - Unhelpful Management

I arrived at Virgin Active N1 City, wanting to purchase from the Kauai on premises, unfortunately their card machines are facing the inside of the gym and as a non member I would have to get a pass from the front desk to access, which the previous day was not an issue, until yesterday 24/02 where I met with a very unhelpful “manager” Yusuf Williams who claimed to be the fitness manager for the day that refused to assist even though the Kauai is a meter from the front desk, a disappointing experience given he mentioned their “rules” which I could find no reference to, given Virgin Active is handing out free day passes to just about anybody.
