Virgin Active N1 City Staff || Useless and ***********

What a joke of a company. Easy to sign up, but if you want to cancel you just cant get it done. We have been waiting over 2 months for our membership to be cancelled. The amount of excuses they give, systems is off line because of load shedding, you go to their offices, complete the manual forms, you have the copy they still don't file it or send it through. You call and follow up, promises made they will call back NOTHING. Virgin Active N1 City staff is absolutely ***********. From Management to Administrator, to the staff at the front desk. Worst service I have ever experienced.
