Sales person at Moses Mabhida named Thandeka Madela **** about a club promotion to get me to upgrade. She said the promotion will decrease my monthly membership to R928 which only happened once after that R2300 was debited on my account. When I call her to find out she has blocked me. I had to call Virgin Active support and they verified that she **** about the promotion. She even sent me an email with her lies. How could you be so bad at sales that you have to trick customers?
