Virgin active Montana zero ventilation

29 December 2021 this morning i walked in at Virgin active Montana only to find that everyone are exercising in a building with no AC/Fans or any sort of ventilation.. i asked nicely twice after 20min of nothing happening i left.. all the staff is standing around and if you ask for help they just shrug and say the AC is on and they say the Fans are on.. where its clear as day that it isn't on.. if im not mistaken if a fan is on the blades are rotating.. but maby its just me..

Virgin active is quick to hike my monthly payments after 4 years of being with them now i need to pay more..

Montana Virgin active is out dated and dilapidated with water leak stains all over the ceiling and broken machines and zero ventilation in a pandemic..

Ridiculously bad service but i need to pay more.. Im moving to Planet fitness ASAP.. id rather pay more but atleast i get what i pay for..
