Virgin Active Montana, Pretoria do better!

I am incredibly disappointed with Virgin Active Montana. The air-conditioning problem at this gym is unacceptable and has been ongoing for far too long!

Virgin Active Montana is failing its members. The air-conditioning has been broken for weeks, making it unbearable to train. Complaints are brushed off, and the rude staff at reception have the audacity to tell us to use other branches like Menlyn or Wonderboom. Who is going to compensate us for the extra petrol and time? No one.

To make matters worse, Virgin Active has a ridiculous app feature that rewards members with free smoothies for completing a set number of training days. Newsflash: no one cares about a free smoothie! We pay for a gym with decent equipment and a working air-conditioning system, not gimmicks.

This freebie model is a failure, and it’s clear where their priorities are. Instead of wasting money on unnecessary perks, invest in fixing your facilities and providing a gym environment fit for purpose. Virgin Active, your members deserve better. Fix this now!
