Virgin Active - Montana Club going to the dogs!!

The rating should really be 0...I have been a member of virgin active for almost 10 years at various clubs, but i must say the Montana club is lately going down the drain. Speaking to this club manager doesn't help. Maybe head office can intervene and fix this place before everyone leaves. 1. The TV system hasn't been working for two weeks now.. 2. The pool is cold for more than a week already 3. The shaving drains in the men's bathrooms is blocked on a regular basis, i have to ask the cleaners to address it 4. Some of the receptionist is extremely unfriendly and the doors get open after 5 am and if one address the issue, and then they give you lip about it 5. The new ab bench layout is a disaster, doing specific exercises results in people walking along the path to avoid been kicked in the face. 6. The Sauna this morning was another disaster... 7. Are we actually paying for the male staff of the club, that spend an hour or more, doing his make up and lip stick in front of the mirrors?
