Virgin active money make scheme

First of all i starting using virgin active from i young age and always go back and support them but you know what they don't give a rats ass about anything. How can they expect their members need to pay a transfer fee for everytime they need to gym at a other gym.well there is so many negative things of virgin active lately but the one i want to complain about is i paid the R140 transfer fee and then after 1 or 2 times am not happy with the gym hygiene and the gym equipment is all over the place nothing is in order so now trying to get my fee back is impossible. Last time i am ever going back to that place and will never ever refer someone to virgin active.they can learn one or two things from the branch in vanderbijpark. If i was the manager at Bloemfontein showgrounds gym I will be so embarrassed.
