Virgin Active Mitchells Plain

I have been a member of Virgin Active for more than 10 years. Within the month of October 2020 during my training the manager approached me and accused me of throwing the weights and failing to sanitize the machinery. I do not train with machinery and due to the elastic that is worn out on the weights, and the gym that was empty dropping the weights sounded louder than usual. Later that day I received an email from the manager stating the abovementioned allegations. I did not appreciate the manner in which I was approached and the allegations that was made. Training is a very important part of my day and I used to enjoy attending my home gym. I am very disappointed in the way that I was treated. I am a paying customer and expect to be treated as such.
