Keagan, a consultant for Virgin Active. I do love good customer service.

In January 2018, I decided to checkout the Virgin Active Gym in Mithcells Plain. This is where I met my consultant, Keagan. His approach was very friendly and dealt with me PATIENTLY. I emphasize patiently as my approach was very negative. I was going to sign up for a gym membership which I knew was just a waste of my money as I shall be attending 1 to 2 sessions and then it will be overs. So, I purposely made his job difficult with my negativity. At the end of my long consultation, I eventually signed up.

He always met me with a smile and each time I arrived at Virgin Active I had some simple issues that he resolved quickly, patiently and with a smile.

The customer service at the Mitchells Plain Virgin Active Gym, in my opinion is excellent from entering the door to exiting. The ladies cloakroom is kept immaculate and staff always return any item left in the cloakroom by leaving it at reception.

I now attend the gym 3 times a week and 2.5 months later I am still exercising...so well done to me and excellent job to Keagan for convincing me to be a gym member.
