Virgin Active ****ming me

I am sharing my complain for the second time about Virgin Active. They are still sending me demands SMSes to make payment when I don't owe them a cent. This is their latest demand sms: We have not received pmnt on your VIRGIN ACTIVE acc.Please make an immediate pmnt and set up a debit order.***.MBD tel ***. I cancelled this contract soon after the Covid pandemic (2020), but they failed to do their job of cancelling it. Now in 2025, I am receiving SMSs asking me to pay. This sounds like a ****mer of some sort.
