Virgin Active ****ming clients

- my contract with virgin active was from 2021 till 2023. - they have continued to renew the contract from 2023 and it’s 2025 now. This was done without my consent. Is the contract with virgin active indefinite? - I have repeatedly asked them to close the account and they refuse or reluctant. - I have reversed all debit orders for 2025 and blocked the debit order through my bank. - Virgin Active owes me in excess of R14000 in collection of authorised amounts.
