Virgin Active Milpark - Poor Service

NEGATIVE SRARS, if I could.

My first bad experience. I have recently joined the gym on the special offered with the April and May free membership. I am new to the gym setting and when I signed up I did not get the terms and conditions of closing time.

On the 18th of April, I went for a swimming session and was unaware that the gym closes at 2pm. I was in the shower when I heard the announcement for 15 minutes and proceeded to finish up washing my hair when the gym announced that they are closed. Shortly after (2 mins) they switched off the lights in the change room and turned them back on when I expressed my presence. Then I was threatened by an employee who said she would report me whilst I was still getting dressed. I was then rushed out only 5 mins after they announced the gym was closed. I understand that the gym closed at 2pm but I didn't appreciate the threats or being hounded by multiple ladies naked. It was extremely intimidating. Never going back there again. Not recommended at all.
