Virgin active Meyersdal vitality contract shambles

At the end of last year we decided as a family to join Virgin Active Meyersdal. We are previous members. We are discovery vitality active members however the consultant at the gym told us that due to the current 3 month free promo we should sign regular and then just convert to vitality just before the end of the 3 month free. All 4 family members are now being charged different fee structurs and are at different stages in the contract process.??? Why would we want to pay full membership fees even for a few months knowing that we can benefit from vitality discounted fee structure. Virgin Meyersdal have really put a sour taste on our experience. Our exoactations are simple. Clear the memberships and start us ALL on the vitality that we originally requested as vitality have a no joining fee special running. Come on guys, do you think VIRGIN int would be proud of this... YOU can do better
