Virgin active meyersdal night mare

I'm so disappointed with one of virgin active Meyesrdal consultant that **** to me about registering for only 5 days while I insisted on not joining their gym because of transport. And when I saw the monthly deduction that was not authorised as I knew I was not registered to the Gym. I called that consultant he said he doesn't understand why Virgin active took my money while still lying that he registered me without my consent . I went there to see the manager but still today they not acting. I even asked him to please show me the paper where i signed the contract but till today they not attending to me . I'm frustrated because of their dishonest consultant now I have to pay lot of money to cancel the membership that i never wanted . what kind of company is that??????????
