virgin active Meyersdal

I go to Virgin Active Meyersdal as my 2 year old daughter goes swimming. My husband and daughter are members of the Gym and I am a spectator. I also have a 3 month old baby. My daughter has swim lessons 2 and sometimes 3 times a week. There is no family parking at the Gym, and with two kids i am sometimes late. The employees at the Gym refuse to let me in the gym to drop my daughter off with the swim teacher unless I sign an indemnity form. This form is not something I complete once off. It must be completed each time I take my daughter swimming, which is 3 times a week. It doesn’t make sense for a regular customer who has been taking my daughter swimming from last year to have to do this or be refused to enter the gym with my husband, an infant and a 2 year old ( husband and 2 year old gym members). He doesn’t gym, only joined so he could take my daughter swimming. They refuse for my husband who is standing with me to complete the indemnity form even if my hands are full. I just find that the staff lack understanding and empathy. There is also never anyone in the baby change room section. There is no back up power supply, so with load shedding the pool water is often cold. I would like for the indemnity form process for a mom of a 2 year old and infant who is only a spectator to be completed once off And kept in the front. In this climate and current economy, I don’t think Virgin active should be keen to lose gym members. Also processes that are not logical should be s****ped. Why can my husband not complete the indemnity form? No explanation from the staff there. It ruins my experience every time I enter the gym. And my 2 year old is wailing as I cannot go in with her. Really ridiculous.
